  1. UNBLINDED provides access to digital services, including online learning content, subscriptions, and related digital products. By purchasing any paid plan, subscription, or other digital offering on the Platform, you acknowledge that the service is delivered electronically and that access may begin immediately after successful payment.
  2. All payments made for digital products and services on the Platform are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once the purchase is completed and access has been granted.
  3. Refunds are ordinarily not issued for change of mind, non-usage, accidental purchase by the user, dissatisfaction after access has been provided, failure to review the service description, or cancellation after the billing cycle has started.
  4. If your purchase is part of a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Such cancellation will apply only to future billing cycles. No full or partial refund is ordinarily issued for the current billing period once it has started.
  5. A refund may be considered only in limited cases, such as duplicate payment for the same service, a successful charge where access was not provided due to a technical issue attributable to the Platform and not resolved within a reasonable time, or where a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
  6. To request review of an eligible refund case, you must contact us within 7 days from the date of the transaction and provide complete payment details, including transaction reference, registered email address, and reason for the request.
  7. Refund requests falling outside the limited circumstances described above may be declined.
  8. If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment partner timelines.
  9. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in cases of abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or breach of our Terms. In such cases, the user will not be entitled to any refund except where required by law.
