We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including name, email address, phone number, organisation name, role, login credentials, billing details handled through payment partners, business communications, support requests, uploaded files, project inputs, and other information submitted while using the Platform. We may also collect usage and technical data such as pages viewed, dashboards accessed, actions taken, device information, browser information, IP address, approximate location, cookies, log data, and similar technical information.
The Platform may allow customers to submit or connect healthcare-related operational, clinical, commercial, insurance, research, or market data for analytics purposes. Where such data is involved, customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all required rights, permissions, notices, consents, contracts, and legal bases to provide such data to us. We intend to work with customer-authorised, aggregated, anonymised, de-identified, pseudonymised, or contractually permitted datasets wherever appropriate. We do not claim ownership over customer datasets submitted for analysis.
We use information to operate the Platform, create and manage accounts, provide software access, generate analytics dashboards and reports, process payments, communicate with customers, respond to queries, provide support, improve product experience, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and develop new features. Where permitted, we may also use contact information to send product updates or marketing communications, with opt-out options where applicable.
We may generate aggregated, anonymised, statistical, or de-identified insights from use of the Platform or from datasets processed through the Platform, provided such outputs do not reasonably identify an individual or customer in breach of applicable contracts. Such outputs may be used to improve the Platform, develop benchmarks, create analytics models, prepare market insights, or deliver contracted services.
Payments on the Platform may be processed through third-party payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our own servers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment partners may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
We may share information with hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, database providers, analytics providers, payment processors, communication tools, security tools, professional advisors, contractors, affiliates, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, provide contracted services, enforce our rights, detect or prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and the public. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of business.
Some service providers, customers, or systems used to operate the Platform may be located outside India. Where information is transferred or processed internationally, we use reasonable contractual, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the service being provided.
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account maintenance, service delivery, subscriptions, analytics, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, audit, backup, contractual obligations, and legal compliance. We may retain certain information for a longer period where required or permitted by law.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls, internal permissions, and lawful data handling practices on their side.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, updating of, or deletion of certain personal information held by us. You may also contact us regarding withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent, or to raise a privacy-related grievance. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some requests may be declined where retention or processing is required by law, contract, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, analytics, security, performance, fraud prevention, and user experience. You may be able to control certain cookies through browser settings, but disabling them may affect Platform functionality.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, or may integrate with third-party tools. Their collection and processing of information is governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties.
The Platform is intended for businesses, organisations, healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, research teams, healthcare operators, and other professional users. The Platform is not intended for children or for direct patient-facing use by minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will become effective when posted on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
